What should I do if I purchased a product but never received my download link?
After purchasing your product, you should receive an e-mail receipt that contains a link to download the product. If you did not receive this download link, please contact NQFstore@qualityforum.org.
What happens if I lose my downloadable link?
The link to download your purchased product is located in your e-mail receipt. If you are unable to locate your e-mail receipt in your inbox, please contact NQFstore@qualityforum.org.
How many times can I click the downloadable link?
Each download link can only be clicked one time to receive an NQF Store product. After you click the download link, it will become inactive and you will not be able to access the product via the original download link.
How do discount codes work?
Discount codes can be applied to specific products during the checkout process. After you have added items to your cart, you can enter a discount code on the screen where you enter your customer information. Enter the discount code in the box, and be sure to click the “Apply” button. Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase.
I am an employee of a NQF member organization. Is there a discount code I should use?
All employees of NQF-member organizations receive a great discount every day for all NQF products offered in the NQF Store. No discount code is necessary! Just be sure you are making your purchase through the NQF Member Store in order to receive your NQF-member discount.
Can I share the products I purchased with my colleagues?
All products available on the NQF Store may only be downloaded once, and the products are intended for the personal, non-commercial use only. If you have a group, team, or organization who will want to access the product, we highly recommend you purchase a bulk order. See below for more information on placing bulk orders.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Discounts are available when products are purchased in bulk. The NQF Store has various check-out options, including bulk quantities.
The following discounts are available when products are purchased in bulk:
25 copies: 10% discount
50 or 75 copies: 15% discount
100, 150, 200, or 250 copies: 20% discount
Additional discounts are available for products purchased in quantities greater than 250. For information on purchasing a custom bulk order, please contact NQFstore@qualityforum.org.
How do bulk orders work?
All products available for sale on the NQF Store are intended for individual, non-commercial use only. If you have a group, team, or organizational need for multiple copies of an NQF product, please purchase a bulk order.
To purchase products in quantities of 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, or 250, please go to the Bulk Orders page of the Product Catalog and select the desired quantity. You will then receive a link to download an initial copy. NQF will send you a follow-up e-mail in 1-2 business days with the discount code and additional instructions to download the remainder of your bulk order.
Do you ship products?
All of our products are delivered electronically, so we do not ship any products.
